Shipping Policy

We make every effort to deliver your order within the advertised time frames, however these are estimates only. Due to industrial action, supply chain logistics, adverse weather conditions and factors beyond our control, there may be longer delivery times.

Rural locations are often subject to longer delivery times and may not qualify for express shipping or free delivery offers. 

We recommend that the delivery address is the recipient’s home address. 

We do not ship to hospitals, maternity units and PO Boxes. 

To make sure it gets to the right place as quickly as possible please ensure correct delivery details. 

Processing Times 

Once your order is received and confirmed it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

You will receive a separate notification once shipped with tracking information. 

Please allow 4 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE STANDARD shipping via Australia Post to all Capital and Major Metropolitan postal codes. 

Rural postal codes maybe subject to standard shipping rates depending on the size and weight of your order. 

Standard Shipping Time Frames: 

Australia Post aims to deliver within 2 to 4 days. 

(This is separate from the processing times) 

Express Shipping Cost is calculated at check out, 

Australia Post aims to deliver within 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping 

Please contact us at admin@monethampers.com for an international shipping quote and delivery details to you specific country. Delivery timelines vary and cannot be guaranteed. 

Please note your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which is incurred once shipment reaches destination country.
